JavaScript DOM Explained Simply

The Document Object Model (DOM) represents a web page as a tree. JavaScript uses it to find elements, change their content, or add new ones.

// Run in a browser console.
const message = document.createElement("p");
message.textContent = "Hello, JavaScript!";
document.body.append(message);

console.log(message.textContent);
